the Secret Movie the Very Simple Law Of Attraction Book Review

Wattles “The Science of Getting Rich” which introduces the Law of Attraction. The “Law of Attraction” principle posits that feelings and thoughts can attract events, from the workings of the cosmos to interactions among individuals in their physical, emotional, and professional affairs.

The Secret movie creators Rhonda Byrne, Paul Harrington, and Drew Heriot interviewed dozens of modern day teachers who know the secret on how to use the law of attraction. One of these teachers is world reknowned feng shui master Marie Diamond.

When Oprah decided to promote The Secret DVD, book, and CD, countless publications from all The Secret authors have been made available to the masses.

The truth is, most of the teachers featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show immediately published new books, created new products, and filled seminar seats for years to come. This while another one of their film’s contributors, Marie Diamond, was helping celebrities like Mick Jagger, Chaka Khan, and Paula Abdul correctly apply the law of attraction in their homes and offices.

This number is unique to you and is the key to attracting everything you ever wanted in life.

This feng shui grand master will have you spellbound with her personal life stories which introduce you to every single facet of her ancient philosophy. Hadith, The Second Source Of Islamic Law

The primary source of Islamic law is Divine Revelation. It has been given to humankind by the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in 2 kinds. One is the Quran, the direct word of Allah (SWT), and the other is the Sunnah or the teachings of the Prophet (SAW). The Prophet (SAW) always acted according to the instructions of Allah (SWT).

Hadith which is usually applied also for Sunnah, is oral custom relating to the words and deeds of the Muslim prophet Muhammad saw. Lingually the word hadith means that which is fresh from amongst things or some informations communicated either in a micro amount or large. In Islamic nomenclature, the term hadith refers to report about the statements or actions of Muhammad, or about his implied approval of something stated or done in his presence.

The Quran and the Sunnah are complimentary. The meaningful of the Quran is in general in nature. The Sunnah gets it specified and particular. The Sunnah explains the instruction manual of the Quran. The Quranic injunction is sometimes implicit and the Sunnah gets in explicit by providing necessary components and items.

According to Islamic jurists, the Sunnah is second to fard. Fard means something is obligatory and it must be done; to neglect it without any excuse is a sin. The Sunnah is divided into confirmed (Sunnah muakkadah) and optional (Sunnah ghair muakkadah).

A hadith consists of two aspects: the text of the report (matn) containing the actual narrative; and the chain of narrators (isnad, or sanad), which documents the route by which the report has been transmitted.

Hadith are generally categorized as sahh (sound, authentic), da’f (weak), or mawd’ (fabricated). Other classifications used also include: hasan (good), which refers to an otherwise sahh report suffering from minor deficiency, or a weak report strengthened due to numerous other corroborating reports; and munkar (ignored) which is a report that is rejected due to the presence of a solitary and generally unreliable transmitter. Both sahh and hasan reports are considered acceptable for usage in Islamic legal discourse. Classifications of hadith may also be based upon the scale of transmission. Reports that pass through many reliable transmitters at each point in the isnad up until their collection and transcription are known as mutawtir.

Muslims who accept hadith believe that trusted hadith are in most cases the words of Muhammad and not the word of God. Hadith Qudsi forms a partial exception; these (few) hadith are said to recount divine revelations given to Muhammad but not included in the Qur’an. However, the words (as opposed to the substance) are believed to be Muhammad’s own, and not divine. Muslims also use the Ahadith to interpret parts of the Qur’an when verses are not clear or even when verses are clear to achieve an in-depth understanding.

Lemon Law – The Basics

Most people when the think of the word lemon, they think the sour, tangy and yellow fruit. What some people dont know is that the word “lemon” also has a slang meaning that has become very popular over the years, especially in the automotive industry. This slang is commonly known as “Lemon Law”

Even though the term lemon is more commonly used to describe a cheap and junky car, it can be used for just about any merchandise that is faulty, poorly made, or broken. For example; someone is walking home one day and sees a flashy watch on sale. They try the watch on, checking over to make sure nothing was wrong with it and decide to buy it. When they get home it stops working and it appears broken. They call their friend and tell them “I bought this watch today, it looked like such a good deal, but when I got it home, it turned out to be a lemon!” This is only an example and one must realize that “lemons” exist in nearly all forums of products and services.

Using the word lemon this way has most likely become increasingly popular due to the many companies and crooked car sales men selling faulty products. In fact there is even a “Lemon Law” that obligates manufacturers or sellers to repair, replace, or refund the price of a motor vehicle if it proves to be defective. It is a good idea to become familiar with this law so that if you happen to purchase a lemon from a reputable manufacture, you can probably sue them for your money back.

If you are about to file a lemon lawsuit, you will undoubtedly need a lemon lawyer. Lemon lawyers are usually available for a fair price; however, you need to watch out so that you dont hire yourself a lemon to fight a lemon!

Why seek employment law advice for your small business

While it is perfectly normal for a business owner to want to focus on the most essential processes that contribute to the success and growth of its small business or startup, paying attention to the legal aspects of running a business is also very important. Statutory compliance, staff employment, terms of service and supplier contracts are the areas where professional legal advice services can help secure your business and save money in the long term.

According to a recent report published by the UK Legal Services Board, called In Need of Advice? and based on a YouGov survey of over 9000 British small businesses, 38% of surveyed small businesses experienced one or more legal problems in the past year, out of which employment law issues were second most common situations business owners had to face, right after issues concerning trading. While 45% of surveyed small business owners considered that legal problems have a tangible impact on their business operations and growth, in the majority of cases they dealt with problems entirely on their own (52%), with only 16% of legal problems being solved through professional legal services.

Prepare your small business for future employment law situations

As businesses grow, its almost inevitable that small business owners will have to deal with the occasional difficult employment scenario, the most common issues revolving around employee gross misconduct, unfair dismissal and redundancy. These employment issues can have a negative impact on the overall performance of the business and can quickly escalate and generate loss if the correct legal steps are not followed. This is why seeking employment law advice from the outset helps a small business be prepared to handle any employment situation correctly .

Employment law advice directly from the experts

It is good business practice to seek employment legal advice not only when employee grievances arise or legal action is required, but from the very beginning of your business setup.

Other than offering employment law advice and support in cases of gross misconduct, redundancy and dismissals, an employment law solicitor can play a preventive role, by helping small business owners set up the correct employment contracts, prepare employee handbooks and other essential employment procedures and keep the business up to date on employment legislation.

Affordable employment legal advice

There are many ways in which small businesses that cannot afford a dedicated HR and employment service can still benefit from expert employment legal advice. While engaging a high street employment firm of solicitors on matters requiring legal action in court can prove to be an expensive exercise, small business owners can seek employment law advice with local professional associations and groups, which offer a series of online legal advice resources that any small business can easily access. Another route to take is to engage independent accounting and tax consultants that often include employment solicitors and offer employment law advice and guidance on a retainer arrangement, which is usually the most cost-effective solution for small businesses.
